Hence it is recommended that one includes a tad bit of exercise to their daily routine to ward off the failing elasticity of the skin. Regular exercise is the key to a fit body and skin. Inversion exercises are best recommended for facial skin, as the blood flow increases tremendously by this. Exercises that cause the blood to flow towards the face are ideal as they play the catalyst to the rejuvenation of skin cells.
Massage your face too!
Massage works deeply in to one’s skin, cleansing it from the roots and improves blood circulation and relieves stress. Increasing blood circulation and oxygen flow is important as it help the facial muscles and skin, giving very less chance for deep wrinkles or other signs of physical and emotional stress. Doing the circular motion massage helps the skin get tighter and the lotion used for it reaches effectively under the skin. The best time for this is before bedtime as this is the time when new skin cells are generated in place of the dead ones.
A Balanced Diet
Diet is very important for the skin tissue. Eat fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables and avoid junk food as much as possible! One’s water intake should be at least 3-4 litres a day. Detox water is also a great solution. It helps in eliminating the waste from the skin, thus making your skin look clean and gorgeous. Consuming vitamin E and cod liver supplements also works wonder to sustain one glowing elastic skin.
